...are a tshirt company, that own smaller companies, I think. I ordered a tshirt from their "Way [or Wear] Of The Rat" store - stocks geeky tshirts. Then I changed my mind so emailed Customer Service to see if I could change my order, they said to leave it with them and they'd see what they could do.
Lo and behold, two days later the tshirt I ordered arrives Special Delivery. Along with the original one I ordered before I asked to change it! Since I'm honest - and my conscience would yell at me otherwise - I emailed, offering to post the unneeded [and unpaid for!] one back.
They replied again, rapidly, and politely [It's a sad world we live in when customer services replying courteously and quickly is a rare enough thing to deserve comment], and said since the mistake was theirs that I could keep the spare, free of charge! They suggested giving it to a friend as a Christmas present, so that's exactly what I'm going to do.
All in all I was very happy with the service I got, and when the tshirts are £18 each [I know, not very moneysaving, but it appealed to the geek chic in me], getting another one for free [albeit by accident] has made my day - and means one less Christmas present to get!
