Hi all
I am looking at getting a quick sale on a flat that I own due to (bay due!!!), and with the market as it is I am prepared to sell via webuyanyhome.
I know that they will offer me a lot less than market value, but that aside - has anyone had any dealings with them?
If so, did it go smoothly, was the initial offer they made close (or the same) as the final sale price???
Any suggstions and comments would be appreciated.
Thanks

Why is there such urgency? Your baby can easily sleep in the same roomas you for quite a time and you can reduce your price on the flat so it will sell. You are likely to do better than with webuybuyanyhome.0

what I think...dont do it!0

If you want a quick sale then get an estate to price it accordingly for you, rather than get involved with any of those types of companies - some of them are not averse to dropping the price agreed the day before exchange anyway - not a situation you want to be in with a new baby, and taking the risk of your next property purchase falling though because of it. They rely on people being desparate. You are not desparate - you are simply about to become a little family - congratulations!0

What size property are you in now? Friends of mine lived in a one bed flat (small one at that) for around two years when their baby was born. You don't need to move immediately. The market's rubbish enough without dropping down to around 60% (give or take) of what the property's actually worth. Do your homework, look at sold prices nearby and price accordingly - or well under for a quick sale. Don't sign anything that commits you to a quick sale company - if you have to go down that route (not that anyone here thinks you do), wait until your baby's here.

Your baby will probably share your own room for at least 6 months anyway, so don't be in too much of a rush....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0
