Oooh pania - cheese & tatty pie, I know it is easy but I forgot how to do it. Please share!

I would have to make just for me though as fiancé doesn't touch dairy.

I am fine now taxi - I seem to be back to full strength now (touch wood). Thanks for asking. :)

hi LJ, loads of mashy potato, no smash or cheaty stuff thought just don't work!!! One egg, loooooooads of cheese and a little mustard. Mix all together and put into an ovenproof dish, slice some tomato and lay a few on top and put in the oven for 25 mins or until browned off. eat and enjoy!!!!!

    Hows your day been. xx

    Hi pania!

Corrr - I *will* be making that for me the next time I have the house to myself and have to feed little old me on my own!

I am OK thanks - had a bit of a fraught day but nothing I couldn't get over as soon as I banged the door shut behind me on the way out of the office. I refuse to let it get to me.

I have just spent £42 on EBAY - that is *totally* not budgeted for.

Well what have I bought? A Reebok Rebounder! :rotfl:

I had to make a decision on what the hell I was going to do exercise wise. I am expanding by the second (or so it feels) due to my complete lack of exercise these days and ever increasing time at the PC. I caught sight of the tops of my legs last night as I was getting ready for bed and it was such a shocker.

As I said before (to Pania) I used to be quite a fitness freak and whilst I am still quite slim I suppose, my muscle tone is going out of the window and things just ain't as good as they used to be...and it's gonna get worse if I don't *do* something.

So I was weighing up the options. Join a gym? Nope, too much money for sure and anyway, been there done that, got the t-shirt (and hardly worn it). Waste of money after the first couple of months unless you are disciplined and I am not.

    Swimming? Nope.

Dance/Aerobics classes? Hmm would like to but very expensive and limited classes where I am.

Walking? Yes - LOVE IT and do it at lunchtimes whenever I can but weather dependent really.

Jogging? Pffff you must be joking. Jog off!

Anyway I then read about rebounding (bouncing!) at it looks like a real hoot as well as being good for your joints and helping muscle tone in all the areas I need it.

I had nearly £6 in my PayPal account and I saw a good Reebok one (new) on EBAY for £42.99. Plus P & P.

So I just went for it.

I did some sort of workout around the house earlier on and I am *so* unfit - I have never been this unfit, I was out of puff after about 10 minutes - that's pretty bad. So that urged me on to make this purchase.

I now have to tell fiancé when he gets home........I hope he doesn't give me one of 'those' looks!

    So whaddya think?

PS Oh - I bought it through QuidCo ~ EBAY so....a bit of cash back!

And also - if I don't stick to it - I can always resell it on EBAY again can't I?
