Tap connector replacement

I've got a leaky flexible pipe which connects the mixer tap to the hot water pipe. I don't really know anything about plumbing so I thought I would just swap it out. Unfortunately nobody seems to sell the type I have! All I can find at Wickes/Homebase/Screwfix/Focus are either "compression" connectors or "push fit" connectors. I need one with a female thread on the pipe end. The tap end I believe is "M10". I've uploaded some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about.

I hope somebody can tell me where to buy these connectors or another solution?

Thanks for your help.

John.
