i cannot see any problems then to be honest. you have plenty of cpu and ram spare. has it got any faster since you have done then thing mentioned in the formum?0

Bamber at the mo I have just go internet explorer running and available physical mem is 17588 and CPU is running between 0-3% occasionally hits 10%0

Done the instructions re Hijack lappy did boot up a little quicker - not much tho. Think will have to persuade hubby re extra ram.0

yep, i can definatly say that is your problem. you only have 18mb of ram left free for other programs, something like word would use more than that.
other wise ur pc if fine by the looks of things0 -
