Block Incoming "international" Calls ???

can i block international INCOMING calls ? i am getting 5-6 a day i got caller ID and it says INTERNATIONAL i dont answer it but can i block them ?

BT blocked int'l calls for me just phoned them and said I was getting nuisance calls and they dealt with it.

When I get International call displayed on my phone its usually family and friends using 1899 0r 18866 for their phone calls.
