There are 22 prizes to be won as follows:
First prize of a trip for two to Bordeaux comprises: return flights to Bordeaux, three nights' accommodation plus breakfast, L'Ecole du Vin course, vineyard visits, plus £250 towards lunch and evening meals. Travel must be completed no later than 30 April 2012.
Second prize includes a three course meal for four, including wine, at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at The Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park, London. Winners will also have a chance to meet head chef Ashley Palmer-Watts. Prize to be claimed by 30 November 2011
Third prize includes complimentary lunch (including bottle of wine), bed and breakfast for two people for one night. All other extras to be charged. Prize to be taken by 31 March 2012, subject to availability.
Forth prize includes delivery of a small Riverford vegbox every fortnight for12 months.
Fifth prize consists of a Gourmet Picnic (for two winners). The final delivered picnic depends on when the prize draw is made as to use seasonal ingredients the client offers a range of summer and winter picnics depending on the time of the year. We can guarantee a proposal picnic but they are only available during British Summer Time. Gourmet Picnics will deliver a picnic anywhere within England and Wales. Gourmet Picnics need at least 48 hours notice of delivery date.
Sixth prize consists of a Weber One Touch Premium charcoal barbecue with a matching tool set.
Seventh prize includes a personal wine tutorial with Shania Dilworth, followed by tickets to a wine dinner at Orrery. These are regularly scheduled events, however in the event that the winner cannot make a dinner, a meal for two consisting of three courses per person plus a bottle of wine as selected by Orrery will be offered instead. The prize is not valid with any other promotion or offer.
Eighth prize includes afternoon tea with a glass of champagne for four people at Bar Boulud at The Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park, London. Prize to be taken from 1 August – 31 October 2011, subject to availability.
Ninth prize consists of a pair of Summer Exhibition 2011 tickets and dinner (includes up to three courses per person plus a bottle of wine as selected by the house). The tickets are valid for the duration of the exhibition from 7 June – 15 August 2011. The prize is not valid with any other promotion or offer.
Tenth prize includes delivery of a Cafedirect package every three months for 12 months. This will include six packs of R&G, three boxes of tea and our new delicious Luxury Hot chocolate.
Eleventh prize consists of a wooden chopping board (for 10 winners) from Harvey Jones kitchens.
Twelfth prize includes a private tasting and tour of the Sipsmith distillery for one reader and nine friends, and a bottle of London Dry Gin or Barley Vodka each. The promotion is open to residents of the UK over the age of 18 only. Travel and travel insurance is not included. The prize must be taken by 30 November 2011.
5. The winners of the prize draw prizes will be the first 22 entries drawn at random from all eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded in the order they are drawn – i.e. first prize will be awarded to the first entry drawn, second prize to the second entry drawn and so forth.
6. The winners will be notified by email or phone within 28 days of the closing date. If any winner cannot be reached or has otherwise failed to acknowledge such notification within 7 days, GNM will re-draw and select a new winner of the relevant prize (and the same acceptance period will apply).
7. At the time of notification, each winner of a travel, accommodation or restaurant prize will be informed of how to make a booking.
