Its okay but if it was me (only my opinion) i would probably pull in another colour. Red would be good, or lime green is all in now. I think its alot of brown. I am traditional. White skirting always. White radiator and window sill.
What ever other colour you add in accessorize with that colour tie backs, cushions, pictures, light and lamp shades.0 -
thank you escort i was maybe thinking a duck egg blue maybe????? or a lime green0

In my opinon if it was between Duck egg blue and Lime green, I would say Duck egg blue (this from someone who painted a room Lime green as it was only 50p for a small tub, I'm going to white wash the room to soften the colour).
Another option is to the paint the low halves of each wall in a paler shade of brown or beige (like the other size of your duvet cover).0 -
Keep the woodwork white, don't put any more brown in there. I agree that introducing a contrast colour is a good thing, duck egg and chocolate go really well together. You could paint another band of duck egg around the room and accessorise with curtains, rugs or cushions. Simple inexpensive accessories can make a huge difference.0
