Already have. obviously I dont have all your details but Skipton said they would do it if six months continuos employment. I would suggest you speak to a mortgage broker, but if you really have to go direct skipton are the best people to try as a first port of call.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Mortgages: Sneakily get the best advice for free plus possible extra cashback Don't go to your bank or building society to get a mortgage, they'll just flog you their own products. Use a mortgage broker to speedily scan the market and give you extra influence and protection. This article's about how to get that free, and possibly cashback on top.Click on this link ,perhap's you have already read it ,but it may help.To be happy you need to make someone happy.0

http://www.lcplc.co.uk/ or try this link to London&Country

Absolutely pointless Kenshaz.
The Original Poster has not found a property yet but is looking to find a lender who will lend them the amount they require. Therefore they are looking for an "agreement in principle", as London and Country do not do this they would be wasting there time as their stock answer is "come back when you've found something".
I feel that with the original posters obvious nervousness about obtaining the loan size that it would be better to obtain an "agreement in principle" first.
there are plenty of other whole of market, fees free brokers that would be able to help. Just look in yellow pages.0 -
Don’t post links for personal gain. Except in the referrers section and always declare any interest. I have referred the above post to the moderator because of a paragraph and the link, which I believe is in breach of site rules.
Many are fees free whole of market mortgage brokers, so if they do help you, there is no reason not to process your mortgage via themTo be happy you need to make someone happy.0 -

The playground bell has rung again

Its amazing everyone seemed happy ...
forum users would get some good pointers & and maybe the odd bit of business might have gone the way of the brokers who spent their time
( I can vouch that the referred bits of business , never "compensated" fully for all the time spent on the forums helping people- THE REGULAR GUYS ON HERE ARE THE GOOD GUYS IN THE INDUSTRY )
then something went wrong.

Look if brokers here wanted to tout for business, don't you think there would have been more spats between these "commission hungry " guys.Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -

I have personally checked them out to ensure they are regulated and have experience in this field ( rather than be based at a call centre)
Just like I assume you do not benefit from your link to a broker - I also make no personal gain from post the above links
