Virgin Credit Card - Promotional Offers

Hi, I just wanted to ask if anyone knew how long I need to have a zero balance on my Virgin card for before they start to offer me 'promotional offers' again?
I paid it off in full about 6 weeks ago and have had a statement confirming this.
The reason I am asking is that last time I had a balance of '0' I got offered rates such as 0% until your xxxx statement date, or 6.9% for the life of the balance.
I was hoping to transfer some money from a credit card that I am currently paying interest on.
Thanks for any suggestions!

It varies from a couple of weeks to several months in my experience with them.
You can sometimes provoke an offer by asking to close the account, but be careful...they often do! Better to intimate you're 'thinking' of closing the account and see what response that gets.
I've had much more success by ringing retentions directly on 0800 783 1116.0 -
I'm always getting repeat offers.
My usage got card April 2009, BT £3500 to it for 0% 16 months.
Paid off before 0% run out, since then had repeat offers, both BT and purchases. Using 0% purchase offer I took up in Nov 2010, finishing June 2011 at the moment. I still owe £350 on that.
In the meantime I have had 4 offers since then, latest last week offering me 0% on purchases until January 2012 for upto £250 purchases and until April 2012 for over £250 purchases.0
