Err/sys Mailbox locked by another server?

Can anybody help me out on this one please?
All of a sudden I keep getting this error
ERR/SYS-Mailbox locked by another server.
Sometimes I can access my mail and other times I can't. This only happens on my desktop i.e. not on the laptop so it's obviously something to do with that (maybe?)
My server is Tiscali and I use Incredimail (I suppose it could be that)
