FTB anyone bought from A Quick Sale?

Hi

I have been looking on right move daily for some time I am a 1st time buyer looking to buy a house on my own so my budget is only small!

I have nearly a 10% deposit saved and a mortgage promise for 110k so I am looking at properties around the 120k mark

I have come across one sayin offers in excess of £105k...its on the market with Quick Sale, has anyone had any dealings with them

If something sounds too good to be true it's usually because it is ..whats the deal with these guys selling at cheap prices?

They want 'in excess of' £105k so they are hoping the low starting price will get loads of people interested and start a bidding war. If someone wants a quick sale it's because they need a quick sale for a multitude of reasons - they've found a property that they could lose unless they sell theirs quickly, it's an inheritance property and the inheritors just want it sold as quickly as possible so they can have the cash...
The only way you will know if it's too good to be true is by viewing at least twice before you do anything else, and maybe take someone with you such as a friend who's a builder or something to give you a second opinion.
