Abbey & Capital one make offer

After requsting last 6 years of charges & requesting refunds, i've been offered

Abbey - Claim 2k, they paid 350 into my account as goodwill gesture, I have accepted this interim payment, gave them 7 more days then its money claim

Cap One - Claim 1.8k, offered me 488 today, they always offer you a refund of all charges minus 12quid. I rejected this today, 7 more days for them then its money claim.

Abbey have done me a favour by paying into my account the 350 cos now I can afford to instigate proceeding online against both companies:rotfl:

I received an offer from Abbey today as well - for just less than half of my claim. I toyed with accepting this as it is an estimated claim (Abbey failed to provide me with statements even though DPA request made in April), but after reading through this forum and the CAG forums, have decided to reject it and proceed with court claim. Abbey have entered Defence and now at Allocation Q stage!!!
