1. This promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents except employees of the Promoter and their families and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Entrants must obtain parental/guardian’s permission if under 16.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To be in with a chance of winning, simply complete the online competition form. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
3. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
4. Maximum of one entry per person during the whole promotion. No entrant may win more than one prize.
5. The competition will run from midday April 15th 2011 to midday April 22nd 2011. The winner will be selected from the correct entries received during this period.
6. There are three prizes on offer; Tasty gift sets, containing the following:

1 x 227g Roast and Ground Mayan Palenque coffee
1 x 227g Roast and Ground Kilimanjaro coffee
1 x 227g Roast and Ground Machu Picchu coffee

7. The winner will be chose at random from all correct entries. They will be notified by email within 14 days of the date of the draw. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
8. The prize will be sent to a UK or Republic of Ireland postal address indicated by the winner
9. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. To enter the competition, all entrants must be a Friend of Caf!direct. Entrants who have not joined Friends of Caf!direct can sign up before submitting their entry. All entrants must agree to abide by these rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The submission of an entry shall be deemed to indicate acceptance of these rules.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Names of the winners can be obtained by contacting the promoter at the address below within four weeks of the final closing date.
13. Cafedirect will not share any of the entrants data with any other parties.
