    Hi,

Anyone has any recent experience with their claim being rejected? Has anyone taken them to the small claims court?

I wrote a 2 -page letter explaining everything in detail. They sent me a standard letter back from "Gary Perryments" office saying that they will uphold the claim rejection. They have not bothered to call me for more info and have not provided any explanation for rejection.

Where do I complaint next? How do I go to Small claims court?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vishaljh, go into the store or phone up and they will point you in the right direction.

I do believe that if you disagree with the outcome you can push it further and KnowHow will refer your case to a independent body to investigate, after that I do believe any disagreement with KnowHow will have to go down to the courts, but if the independent body upholds KnowHows refusal than you have no real leg to stand on, so it rarely gets to that point.

Thanks a lot for your help mate.

I will send another letter and if I don't get satisfactory results, I can pursue further.
