Debenhams Card - Price reduction how do you claim?

I recently purchased a jumper in Debenhams with my Debenhams Card which I pay the price protection policy on - if the item is reduced you will be refunded the difference. The jumper has now been reduced by approx £10.
I remember making a claim a few years ago and you had to phone GE Capital (I think) and then they would sent out a form to be completed. I have had a quick look at the invoice but cannot see what I have to do or a telephone number to ring.
Can someone point me in the right direction how I can make a claim?
