My hubbys Acer laptop died on him last week,luckily it was still under gurantee.We called Comet who we bought it from and they referred us to Acer.They arranged a collection and said they would check to see what was wrong and repair it.
Just got it back 6 days from when it broke with a new hard drive.We were expecting it to be weeks before he got it back and were very surprised that it only took 6 days.
Well done Acer for prompt service and repairs.

WOW Acer are usually RUBBISH so its good to see at least one happy customer :T They had my machine for weeks and the 'service' was hmmmm different shall we say!:j :j0
