I read on another forum that these codes can be used a maximum number of times per day ... may explain this.

so sorry if im being thick...can you use vouchers instore or on the door if delievered fro items you havent purchased. what are all these codes people post? i desperately need to save on shopping and dont want to ge tthe the checkout and look stupid!! are all your savings on bogof?

Just had this week's online shop accepted using a £10 voucher off a £76 shop, so will advise if the £10 is accepted in a few day's time when it's delivered.

order placed yesterday (sunday 20th) total order £81.00 I used a £10 discount code which was accepted online but when my order arrived today the £10 had NOT been deducted?

I tried phoning customer services but they asked for the code I had used and i cannot remember which one it was, there is no info on the confirmation email they send you to tell you that you have tried to cash an e-voucher.

I have no idea why the voucher was not honoured but I would at least have expected a phone call or email telling me it had not been accepted

I am sure that when you get you first comfirmation, this will normally be explained what your total is, including your e coupon. but not for other comfirmations later on for the same order.

Like Curry Queen's stated above though, looks like they've increased the min. spend for £10 vouchers to £100 now ...
