The winner must be a UK residents aged 18 years or over.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their companion are available to take up the India Trip in 2012 on such dates as are confirmed. It is the winner’s responsibility to make sure that they and their companion have a full valid passport and visa to travel to India. Passports must be valid to travel with a minimum of six (6) months left on the passport at the date of travel to India. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay for visas for the traveling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs; and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions.

The winner and their companion may be required to provide identification when taking up the India Trip. Where the winner’s companion is under 18 years old they must have prior permission from a parent or legal guardian, and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The prize excludes without limitation, ground transfers in the UK, excursions, car hire, travel and medical insurance and any additional fees, charges, costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize.
