PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This prize draw is only open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
2. The Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of: the Promoter; SpaFinder Europe Limited; any agencies involved with the Promotion and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
3. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. To enter the prize draw, entrants must click on the promotional email link to the Müller website, answer a question correctly and enter their contact details. Entries are restricted to one entry per person. Entry is via online only.
5. The promotion opens on 15th April 2011 and closes at midnight on 5th May 2011. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
6. The Promoter shall accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, damaged, delayed, corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or any other reason whatsoever. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No entries can be returned or copied to the entrant.
7. 10 prize winners will be selected at random under independent supervision from all correct entries received by the closing date.
8. The prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the prize draw. If the prize provider cannot make contact with the winner within 28 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to have a re-draw and re-allocate the prize. Non-winners will not be notified / contacted.
9. Subject to paragraph 8 above, the prize will be sent to the prize winners by 6th June 2011. The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the prize.
10. There are 10 prizes available. The prize consists of £250 worth of SpaFinder vouchers (or Euros (€) equivalent for winners resident in the Republic of Ireland, the value of which will be set at the exchange rate on the day of the prize draw). Use of vouchers is subject to SpaFinder terms and conditions, which can be found at (can't post the link)
11. The prize in whole or in part is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.
12. The prize winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without notice at its discretion if necessary.
14. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in or use of the prize. The Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
16. The prize winner’s details will be supplied to SpaFinder for the purpose of the distribution of the prize only and the prize winner’s details will be destroyed by SpaFinder once the winners receive their prize.
17. For the name and county of the prize winners, send a SAE to Abdullahi Noor at Müller Prize Draw, Carlson Marketing, Carlson Court, 116 Putney Bridge Road, London, SW15 2NG after 16th May 2011.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
