what to do with a glut of rocket and spinach?

I wondered if anyone has any ideas? We have been having alot of salad, but it's a bit passed that now. I was thinking of whizzing it up in the food processor, freezing it and then throwing it in whenever I make pasta etc. ?

We've had quite a lot of spinach too. Been eating the little leaves in salads and the bigger ones in lentil & spinach dhal (recipe is in the Credit Crunch Cookbook). You can use even the bigger tougher leaves in that.
