Sun holidays- do under 5's go free??

I booked a sun holiday for 4 and wanted to add a few extra kids aged 3 which haven said was fine but they are to be charged £15 each.
i thought under 5's were free as the last time i booked i was told this but since our party then was under 4 ppl we had to pay for 4 which was fine, can anyone shed any light on this as i have tried 2 seperate numbers i found on google for sun holiday helpline 1 does not work and the other was for davidi lloyd lesiure.

  • i had to pay for my one year old :( but didnt have to pay for an entertainment pass for him, this was for a haven site. hth

    As the previous posted said - the passes on site may be free (depending which operater your using) but you have to pay the £15 for them to be able to go on the holiday
