Cahoot Chaps Payment

Sent a Chaps payment using Cahoot. How long does it take for the funds to appear in the account im sending to.
All cahoot say its end of working day, But i would need payment to appear before 3PM.
Any advice would be great.

The only guarantee with CHAPS is that it will appear before close of business on the day it is sent, with close of business being some time in the evening.
Whether it appears (or now rather appeared) before 3pm is entirely a matter of how busy Cahoot/the receiving bank's payment departments are and how congested the CHAPS system is.urs sinserly,
