Indeed. There will be a form on the DVLA website for you to notify them that you have lost your licence and that you require a replacement. Not sure how much it costs, if at all.0

just had this happen myself. you can applne or do it over the phone oe even by post. i dont mine online few menu options to get through but was easiest way. it will cost £20 payment is taken immedialy they take visa/mastercard or metro they dont take american express or electron. and you will receive BOTH parts of you new license they dont just send one part out. the part you still have they give youan adress to send it back to.0
