Would you accept their offer?

I have recently had grounds to complain to Lloyds TSB regarding a fairly serious matter (can't go into details, sorry).
I decided to bill them for my administration costs ... £35 for each phone call / letter I've sent in relation to the matter ... and arrived at a total demand of over £100.
They've written to me to advise that my charges are unwarranted, and have offered to clear the charges I am deemed to owe them in December as a "gesture of goodwill" (I've got a month to accept). Their charges to me are around £60.
First of all, I wasn't expecting this. I was mearly making a sarcastic attempt at highlighting to them that a postage stamp, plus a letter, does not cost £35. My sense of humour has gone unnoticed, apparently.
However, now that I've had the offer, I was going to accept it .... but now I'm thinking, "hang on, they're offering to pay me back with my own money" (I'm going to start proceedings to recover their absurd charges shortly - so I'll be getting it back anyway).
What would you do? I'm tempted to demand my £100 now that they're treating it seriously!

thats similar to me - shAbbey have refunded £300 to my account, and seem to think that their job is done. all they have done is refund me for charges that are unlawful in the first place, but their records how a £300 'credit' on my account!! just another £1000 to go, see you in court!0

Well, I accepted their offer - outside their timeframe, crossed out the bit of their 'conditions' that I didn't agree with before I signed and returned it. £60 deposited in my account today!0
