Suggestions for days out for 1-3 year olds?

Some where child friendly i.e somewhere that can tolerate 2 young, noisy children?

We are very limited in where we can take them due to their behaviour unfortunately...not the most considerate of children.

The Midlands is the most Northern point I think we could manage!

Thanks

Maybe somewhere like Paradise Park in Broxbourne.

Mine used to love it there when they were that age. You can see the keeper feed the animals like the tigers. They sell pots of food that they can feed rabbits, reindeers etc with. also has a small train, bouncy castle and funfair type ride. The bird shows are good too and kept mine entertained. plenty of place for them to run around too and an adventure play area. You can often get vouchers.

If they like Thomas, the Watercress Line is holding an event from this week up until Easter. The 1 year old would get in for free and there is quite a lot for them to do at Ropley. Nobody bats an eye lid at noisy children because they are living with it themselves. There's a ticket office and Parking at Ropley in Hampshire. If you are going by train then the line starts at Alton main line railway station and there are trains coming and going from London Waterloo from there.
  • Have you tried searching locally (google) for an easter egg hunt or something? These are great fun for younger kids, and are generally outdoors and they expect the kids to be a bit hyper I think.
