Does anyone know if I can have the pre pay cashback card from utility warehouse if im in an iva?
The reason i ask is even though im assured its not a credit card and you have to top it up with your own money, it still has the mastercard logo on the front and it is used like a debit card.
Thanks

Hi
You should have no issues with a pre-pay card, as it is not a credit card or any form of credit for that matter.
I sat with one for the three years I was in a Trust deed, as it was the only way for me to pay for stuff on-line as I wasn't able to have a bank account with a debit card facility.

My IP has no problems with my existing bank even though the bank wont reduce the overdraft which I obviously dont use.
Its not the same as bankruptcy. I havn't found it to be anywhere near as ridged.0 -
