Hi guys,
My OH applied for a BC and was accepted. He received an email on 5/04 to advise him that he would receive the card within the next 10 days. Fast forward and he received his PIN on the 11/04 however, still no sign of the card.
Should he be worried, or is this normal?
Thanks in advance.

I think the answer is yes to both of your questions.
There have been lots of threads here recently about people being accepted by Barclaycard and then finding their account has been closed.0 -
Thanks for the replies.
My OH decided to contact BC and made them aware of the situation. He still hasn't received his Credit Card. Someone from the Indian Call Centre advised him that the card would be blocked and that they would send out a new card. Sorry for my ignorance, but does this mean he will have a new credit card number? Or is this a replacement card?
Thanks x

Probably a new card number, but the PIN he has will work with it.0
