I regularly go rummaging down the back of the sofas, but DFS keep kicking me out of the store!

25% profit? Did your sofa only cost £28? Bargain!

My local pub was equipped with sofas as part of their last dodgy refit, and they have regularly been the source of a free drink

How does a return of £7 based on an outlay of £28 equate to a 25% profit?

Surely if you needed to buy the sofa purely to find the money, then you'd need to have bought it for £5.60 for £7 to be a 25% profit return . . .

Either way, if you can source sofa's that yeild £10/week sustainably (and without the need for me to lay about on them with loose change in my pocket) then I'll take 100 please. As long as getting wet doesn't matter, I'll just fill my garden with them and pay the gardener to rifle about in them rather than dig weeds . . .

PS. What the hell has this go to do with Credit Cards?
