Win a Sailing Trip for two

• This offer is valid from Wednesday 6 April until Friday 17 June 2011 inclusive.
• Closing date for entries is Friday 17 June 2011 at Midnight.
• This competition is open to all residents of the UK except for employees, and agencies of Ernest Jones.
• To enter the competition, simply enter your email address to receive promotional emails.
• No trade, third party or consumer group applicants will be accepted.
• The winner will be the first entry picked at random by an independent person up to 14 days after the closing date. The winner will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date.
• The prize is as follows:
  • A trip for two to take part in a sailing training day
  • Two places on the Nautica watches yacht competing in the Round Island Race in the Isle of Wight, on Saturday 25 June 2011
  • 2 x Nautica watches are also part of the prize.
• Details of the prize as follows. The sailing trip for two:
  • Winners make their way to the Isle of Wight Cowes on the evening of Thursday 23 June (times will be confirmed to the winners)
  • Friday 24 June will be a training day
  • Saturday 25 June will be the race day
  • Sunday 26 June the winners will depart for home
  • Accommodation and meals will be provided for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
  • 2 x Nautica watches will be presented to the winner and guest on the Friday
• The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and no cash alternative. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
• Including, travel to and from the Isle of Wight, other food and refreshments excluding breakfast lunch and dinner.
• Spending money is not included.
• Signet, Nautica and Sea and Co do not except responsibility for any injuries or accidents to, during or from the prize winning trip.
• Age restrictions apply, minimum age is 16 years of age. ID may be required.
• Entry implies acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding. The judge''s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to amend or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
