Hi, I wrote a letter of complaint to Boots recently but have had no reply after three weeks. I wrote to the Nottingham address on the bottom of the Staff Discount card terms and conditions letter, but does anyone have an address of an official complaints department higher up in Boots, as I'm sure after three weeks they should've replied?

Their customer care details are on their website:
http://www.boots.com/en/Help/Contact-Us/
For postal enquiries/complaints they should contact you within 10 working days, but it may be that they have not received your letter - did you send it special/recorded delivery?
Depending on what the complaint refers to it may be better to send an email as you should get an automated confirmation that it's been received and a reply within 2 days.0 -

For info, Boots has been a subsidiary of Alliance Boots since 31 July 2006.0 -
Giver them a call on 08450708090, or as others have said, email them. They've always replied to me0
