V5 document

hi we bought a new car and have sent off the v5 document how long does it take to get back as waiting to change private plate from old car to new car. thanks kay

Coiple of weeks, but you could have done it all in one go by keeping hold of the V5 and sending it into a LVLO or going persoanlly with it.
