    Funily enough MBNA are my worst card provider-they have been a nightmare to deal with-and that's even with me being an Abbey employee!

    Not mine Mike.

    I work solely in Data Entry. Whole incentive is based on Productivity and Error rate, though if you have more than 3 days sick, or 13 days off in total (including holiday) its all lost.

    My MAX incentive, which is hard to hit is £194, I usually get about £116, though last month I hit £155
    No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
