Morning all
Is anyone else having problems logging on to Lloyds online banking this morning? I've tried around three times now - put my ID and password in, but next page says there's a problem with the security certificate and registered to a different website. Have shut it down at this point!

I've been on there a few minutes ago and it was fine for me. I would give them a call to check if you are still having problems.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0

You are using your normal bookmark, I hope, not that phishing email apparently from Lloyds like the one I received this morning?0

Yep, going in either from bookmark or Google search. Haven't had email as yet, so thanks for heads up!

having similar problems this morning with my browser telling me the address is unsafe and not to proceed.0

Just spoken to the online banking helpline. Apparently it is a problem at their end and it's 'top priority' to fix! They said to give it half an hour to an hour and then try again. That gives me a little hope, at least it's not me!!

NEVER go in through Google at all..
Just goto Lloyds TSB direct and click on the Internet Banking icon from the hompage..
You really can't be too sure these days!David

Yesterday and today I am getting exactly the same when I try to log into the Post Office site. Has anyone else had this problem?0

I rang them over a week ago and was told that they had a problem with their site and certificate authentication. Some customers used google chrome which seemed to work for some but not for others, the advice given was to give it a few days and try again. I rely heavily on internet banking as I don't have easy access to a phone for telephone banking, statement came through showing I had been charged an overdraft fee, as I had no access to see what my position was it was too late to transfer money to stop the account going overdrawn. Rang them tonight and after an hour was told that I needed to update to google chrome and get someone who was computer literate to upgrade my certificate. I have just spent the last hour trying to work out what I am supposed to upgrade. Google chrome hasn't helped so now have to try and upgrade the certificate which I am struggling with. Their website quotes that "webtrends" are trying to prempt the problem, perhaps they should have tried harder!0
