I'm 19 and I need temporary insurance cover for 3-4 months. I can't seem to find many insurers that provide temporary cover, and those that do don't seem to insure under 25's.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you tried Pay as you go monthly insurance with ecarinsurance?

I don't know if they do young drivers, but they certainly do a monthly policy.

As a youngster your going to struggle but I’d have thought that short term insurance is really intended & priced at the day/week, maybe month level.

Once you start to get up towards the 3 & 4 month sort of period I’d look at an annual policy (so much more choice & competition) as it could be the there won’t be that much difference in premium
