Right, got a bit of time to respond to things rather then just read now that I'm on my lunchbreak!
Stitchy - Excellent news about your business! Here's hoping lots of orders come your way - the perfect excuse to drop your admin days then
Shezam - I know what you mean about ebay - I have piles of stuff to get rid of...but I just slowly chip away at it now & again when I should just dedicate a weekend to it or something!
NTBY - Have fun tonight, hope you don't get too emotional either!
DNMS - Sorry to hear you're still feeling down, dodgy hugs all round! :grouphug: What did I say about your luck turning around though & then you find a tenner! Things are on the upCan you give me some more info on the sun holidays? How do they get it so cheap? Is it just the acommodation or flights included too? Was wondering if I could get a load of us to collect vouchers & make a weekend of my hen do (on the cheap though!)
Angelflower - From yesterday's thread I just wanted to say I'm really sorry about your dog, hope she's ok.:idea:Debt at July 2012: £12,862.57

Hello :j
I've been rubbish at posting lately!
Hope you feel better soon DNMS
Good news hopefully on the business front Stitchy
Fairly rubbish day today - up early to catch the silly o'clock train to London, ended up buying at least 2 coffees plus lunch  I could theoretically claim it back from work, but I tend not to. I would need to pay for my food if in the office (usually take my own) so why not out - different if I had to go to a posh restaurant but I am talking Mr T's meal deals here! I work in the public sector and am pleased to have a job tbh.
Not stuck to diet - DD2 informs me she is getting married in 99 days- so I really must try to lose some weight
OH's truck had to be MOT'd and serviced  and its tax and insurance are due at the end of the month :eek::eek:
However, on the positive side, I have:
Made HM breakfast and made a big sausage casserole for supper
Washing (sort of) dried on line outside - must put on airer to finish off
Sold 2 books on Amazon - must list some more!
I egg contribution from chickens
And tomorrow is Friday :T
And lots of bank hols coming up :j:j:j:j:j0 -

Oh dear, you must need a break! Mind you I found the jury duty exemption letter I was supposed to post weeks ago, woops. I am sure he won't get called up*Official DFW Nerd #1368 - Proud to be dealing with my debts*
*Debts at LBM (11 Jan 2011): -£16400.62* Currently: -5948.68 (64% paid )*4 CC and 3 OD*
Current DFD: [STRIKE]Oct 2012[/STRIKE] May 2012 :eek:0 -
the money saving things I have done today have made me feel ace and one up on the supermarkets....
I was NOT suckered into buying anything I couldn't eat, wash my clothes, hair, body or crockery with nor did I buy anything I didn't NEED!
Oooo the temptation to pick up the things I wanted but it felt brilliant walking out of the place with enough shopping for myself, OH and 2 DD's to last a fortnight for less than £50. I will confess I only bought one value item (bread rolls) I can't drop the snob just yet! I'll start that in May lol.
Happy saving and changing all.:j0
