How long for closed credit cards to show on credit report?

in Credit cards
I have some credit card debt that I've moved to a new 0% on balance transfers card so I've closed the card it came from.
As well as having some credit card debt on 1 card I keep a second card with 0% on purchases.
So.. currently I have just the 1 card open but I want to go for a new 0% credit card.
My question is: How long should I wait for the 2 closed cards to register on my credit report before apply for a new card? I only closed my old balance transfer card and my old 0% purchases card today and I don't want to apply for another if it looks like I'm applying for a 4th card!!

I wouldn't consider anything up to two months too long, though most would probably appear long before then.
If they're still not registering after that, chase up the companies.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
Between 1 and 3 months.
The company first has to close it down internally.
They will do some checks (no balance, no pending transactions) before they do this.
This type of work is not their priority, so it could take them a few weeks to do that.
Then it has to be reported to the CRAs which is normally done monthly, so that part of the process could take up to 1 month.0
