Kitten Vixen Prize Draw-Terms and Condition
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
Office reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these rules at any time without prior notice. Office reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Office’s reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
Employees of Office, any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
Only one entry per person is allowed. If Office discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has used any software or automated process either to answer questions or to make bulk entries, Office may select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these Rules.
All entries must include name, address, phone number, and email address. Participants' details will be retained for market research purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
There is no purchase requirement to enter the Competition.
The competition starts on 28th March. Closing date for receipt of online entries is midnight 29th April midnight.
There will only be one winner. The winner will be notified by 28 days after the competition finishes by phone/email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of this 28 day period then a new winner will be selected.
The prize is non-transferable and can be issued to the winner of the competition only. Prize cannot be sold and will be considered void in these circumstances. There is no cash alternative. Office reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
