ITV win well over a month ago but still no arrival

Hi im new to all this but sarted doing competitions at the beginning of the year. I won a competition in February with ITV and although i have been in regular contact with them on the phone & my name is on their site (so its not a scam) my prizes have still not arrived .

Last week ITV called me to say they are looking into where my prizes are but have not heard anything since. Do i sit and wait or call them back?? Has anyone else had this problem with bigger prizes taking longer to arrive then the 28 days?

I got my karaoke set a week later after being told I would receive it within a month , and also a follow up courtesy call a week after it was delivered. I would call them back in your shoes. Gl

Took me 30 days to receive my cheque from ITV....how much did you win

I had a call on Monday (11/04) about my win from ITV and received a letter on Tuesday (12/04) confirming it, I would ring them back.

Thankfully after writing this, this afternoon it arrived by special delivery...... phew!!!! :rotfl: I won £2600 & an iphone:D. I had the follow up call last week and the lady at ITV said they would chase it up and i will get another call from them soon to check all prizes had arrived.
