My car loan is a loan from LTSB, should have said earlier I know. And Tixy, how many girls do you know called Paul...:D

Anyway, I've applied for the M&S card, no contact from them yet but I hear they don't rush...Wait and see.

You can definitely have more than one MBNA card and take advantage of 0% rates on all of them. I currently have 2 MBNA cards both with 0% balance transfers.

It is true that they may reduce your limit acording to the number of cards that you have and you won't be able to balance transfer between MBNA cards but it shouldn't stop you from transferring to your bank account.

YB, I went into LloydsTSB today to be told they will cash traveler's cheques. No charge either . Waiting for M&S to get their !!! in gear now and send me some paperwork!

Sorry but you are all off track,MBNA & Bank of America will give you as many accounts as you want, however, your credit limit with MBNA & BOA is split accross the cards, i.e. 1 card with 10K or 5 cards with 2K.
