hi,
is there a minimum notice of redundancy you are entitled to whether worked or not?
I have accepted voluntary redundancy but they arent paying me 3 months notice and I will have only had 2 weeks notice from my acceptance of their offer

I get 1 months pay for every year
The FAQ say all staff will receive 3 months notice or if leaving date before end of notice pay in lieu however I have received no where near this notice and just wondered where I stand0 -
take a copy of the FAQ to HR and ask them to explain, sounds like a calculation error.Debt free 4th April 2007.

are they giving you 8 months redundancy pay and 3 months notice?

They are meant to be giving me 8 months pay and 3 months notice (for which some will have been worked)
they are looking in to it and coming back to me next week as no one seems to know whats gone wrong.0
