    I use Paul Mitchell No 3 shampoo for after swimming use. It's about £5.95 a bottle but absolutely brilliant.

    Boots own brand swimming shampoo works well,can't remember how much it costs.Sorry.:rolleyes:

    Clarifying is a great thing to do about once a week but make sure you use a strong conditioner or a wax treatment like "henaria" after as the clarifyer stripps all your hairs natural oit when it takes off everything else
    :D The glass is always half full, no exceptions !!:D

    I buy a product from boots which I put on my hair and then under a cap. I'll have a look on their site for you.

    I learnt the hard way. I never use to protect my hair and I had to have alot cut off. Its still long but not as near my waist as it was. :(
