That's the winner of the last competition which closed at 9pm on 11th April (I missed this). They posted that message with the winner on Tuesday 12th on Facebook and on Twitter here

then the very next tweet they launched the new competition for the same prize which is this one and closes on the 15th, and have continued to promote it on Twitter ever since, the last post being the one yesterday I posted above.
