Credit Security Limited ? Lloyds?

Can anyone help me? I received a letter from Credit Security Limited on 01 Nov 10. I wrote back the "I do not acknowledge any debt.... request copy of my credit agreement ..... should be supplied within 12 working days" letter on 4th November enclosing a £1 postal order. On 15th November received letter from CSL saying they will pend recovery action and that the Credit Agreement will be forwarded from their client. Around a week later I received a compliments slip on "Lloyds Banking Group" header with a handwritten note saying 'Unable to locate Account NUmber quoted therefore Postal Order returned, with said Postal Order attached. THEN on 31 March 2011 (obviously a LOT more than 12 working days since my letter) I received a copy of the Credit Agreement from the original company and a statement showing that on 20 Feb 11 I have made a payment of £1. Now, the £1 Postal Order for the cost of the copy of the Credit Agreement is in my file as it had been returned to me, so I have not made any payment at all to them. Today received a letter dated 11 April from CSL telling me that they 'cannot allow any further delays in the settlement of the debit and require a payment and a repayment proposal within the next 7 days (in caps and bold) to avoid further action.
What do I do now? As they didn't supply the copy of the Credit Agreement within 12 days of my request have they complied with the CCA?
Any help would be gratefully received.

Yes they have, all a CCA request does is stop them from enforcing a debt at court, until such time one can be produced, and now even a copy or consituated one complies with the act, as the recent high court cases have showed, I think the CCA request route is dying a death now.0

But what about the fact that they sent back my PO, saying that they couldn't find a record of this account but then a magical payment of £1 has appeared on my account - that obviously didn't come from me?0

So when are you saying you last paid, the only point this matters is if you say it was more than six years ago ?0
