We usually come on here with an 'issue' so I thought it would be a change to say something nice!
I was £240 in credit on my direct debit and was just mulling over whether I should ask for a reduction when I was informed that they were sending me a payment for the entire amount.
Apparently if you are in credit by the amount of 3 monthly payments at the time of the annual review it is automatically refunded.
In addition, you get rewarded for staying in credit.
It was lazy of me not to request an adjustment during the year but it's nice that there is an automatic system in place.
