Holiday Letting Insurance (Spain)

Hi,

Would anyone be able to recommend an insurance company for letting an apartment in spain. Unfortunantely i have to start generating some revenue from this property. As a result i'm going to let it out weekly. Could any one recommend an insurance company. Or highlight any other pitfalls i should look out for.

If you google a company called Intasure, they are a UK based company that can arrange cover for holiday homes abroad which are let out.

Although we sold in 2005, we insured our letting apartment for 10yrs with SCHOFIELDS, cover etc is shown on the page linked to. Never had a claim but was always impressed with their speedy personal service, the cover levels provided and low excess.
