Does anyone know of a credit card that doen't allow cash advances?

Lol, my Barclaycard didn't allow Cash Advances after I paid it off, they reduced my cash limit to £0 and credit limit to £300.
That's what you get for never missing payments, keeping balance well within the limit, earning the card company a tidy bit of interest, and being a good payer clearing the account once a quarter or so. Ho hum.
But officially, no, there aren't any.
