Help! Restoring flooring sheen?

Hi, all!
Not sure if this is the right/best place to post this? (Mods. can you move it if so?)
I have vinyl tiles (look like laminate flooring) in my hallway and I took the steam mop over them and now the sheen is gone - looked fine when still wet but now has streaks of matt finish
Is there anyway to restore some of the sheen without making the floor slippery?
Thanks (in advance) for advice anyone can give me!

Perhaps look for 'flooring maintainer'. Some flooring brands use a particular one or other.0

Thanks - I'll try that. I'm a bit miffed the maintenance details on the original tile packaging made no mention of avoiding using steam cleaners, though!0
