By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is only open to UK and Ireland residents aged 13 and over. If you are aged 12 or under, we are unable to accept an entry from you directly, but you might like to ask your parent or guardian to enter instead. If you are between 13 and 18 years please ask permission from a parent or guardian.
2. The prize is a Nintendo Wii console with 5 games.
3. By entering the competition you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. By providing the Promoter with your personal details you will be automatically entered into this prize draw.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.
7. Your personal details will only be retained and used by the Promoter in relation to the Competition if you have ticked the box(es) on the website in which case your personal details will also be retained in order to send you the further information you have indicated you would like to receive. Your personal details will not be passed on to any other third parties.
8. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
10. Each applicant may register for the prize draw only once.

17. The draw will take place on 12th September 2011 and the prize will be awarded to a name drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
