Hiya,
Does anyone know of somewhere near the O2 arena to park, that is not £25 per day?
Thanks,
Hayley

There is the train station car park next door, but there is an element of luck in getting a space. In my experience you would have to go early (before midday for an evening O2 event) and hope there is some space. I have always got a space before midday and then got the tube into central london to do something else before the evening.0

I would always use the Underground when going to the O2. Could you not park outside of central London but close to the tube network and travel in by train.
Obviously this is only a generic suggestion, not knowing your exact cirumstances.0 -
it is £20 if u book online but still pricey. You are paying for convenience.Food and Smellies Shop target £50 pw - managed average of £49 per week in 2013 down to £38.90 per week in 20160

I've used the tube car park twice and both times got there early but not excessively early - about 5ish. Both times there were loads of spaces.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

I'd never park at the O2
When an event finishes, you're left with some serious traffic congestion, and delays up to 40+ mins trying to get out of the area and onto the A2
I usually park around Surrey Quays and either jump on the bus (15 min journey route 188), or i take the tube (jubilee line) straight to the O2 from Canada Water. Both the tube and the bus operate from the Canada Water station hub
Parking at the O2 is just madness imoIf Adam and Eve were created first
.Does that mean we are all inbred0 -
I've found the tube has longer queues than the carpark!Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

I parked at the O2 for a sold out event and drove straight out the car park at the end with absolutely no waiting. Would defo park there next time.0

The other thing to remember about the NCP/Greenwich Council car parks by North Greenwich Tube is that the ticket is only valid until midnight, so if you have a concert that overruns you could be at risk of a Private Parking Ticket or a Council parking ticket. The man without a signature.0

Me too, many times (from the train station)0 -
I always park at the O2 and have never had any major issues getting out... bar the selfish ones that don't let you out of the row you parked in just so they can be a whole car ahead of you.
I'd rather put up with a short wait in my car than being jostled around a tube train.0
